Park Row cottages, Bayside, Maine

Bayside began as an Episcopal/Methodist church camp in the middle of the 1800s. The campers returned year after year, and over time, turned their simple tents into what we now call ‘Carpenter Gothic’ cottages.

Dock and the Northport Yacht Club, Bayside, Maine

A hotel was eventually built, and with it, a dock, to accommodate various steamships carrying tourists from Boston and New York. The dock doesn’t see many steamships these days, but is Bayside’s center of activity for boating, swimming and fishing. The tiny Northport Yacht Club hosts sailing lessons and local races.

Skiff Cove is building today’s versions of Bayside cottages for contemporary lifestyles, giving you the best of both worlds. After all, we thankfully aren’t Victorians any more.

I find them all so lovely, and comfortable looking.
To me this would be a dream community.

What are the plans for this community? How many homes will be built?
Will there be any single story homes? What will the price range be? What will property taxes be?

Are there any models to look at? When will construction begin?
